1. General

  By purchasing products from Infinity Gift Card, Experience Gifts or Gift Products, you agree to abide by the Terms of Sale in effect at the time of purchase and all referenced terms. If you do not agree to these terms, refrain from making purchases from Infinity Gift Card. Infinity Gift Card (Private) Limited ("Infinity Gift Card") markets and sell Digital Gift Cards (“Gift Card”), Experience Gift Cards (Experiences”) and Gift Products (“Products”) for purchase through our website and mobile application ("Mobile App"), and other services (collectively, the "Services"). Your purchase of any Gift Cards, Experiences and Products through these channels is subject to these Terms of Sale ("Terms"), while your use of the Services is governed by our Terms of Service and Conditions (accessible via the Service). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. In the event of changes, we will provide notice through notifications, the Services, or by updating the "Last Updated" date. We strongly recommend reviewing these Terms before each purchase to ensure understanding of applicable terms and conditions. 2. Availability & Pricing

  2.1. Infinity Gift Card offers a range of non-reloadable digital Gift Cards, codes, and/or vouchers (collectively referred to as "Gift Cards") for purchase through our Services.    2.2. All Gift Cards are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, reject all or part of an order, and discontinue products without prior notice, even after an order has been placed. Prices are subject to change without notice, and the price applied to your order will be the price listed on the Service at the time of purchase. The minimum price for a Gift Card sold via Infinity Gift Card is Rs1000.00, and the maximum price is Rs250,000.00 (as determined by each Retailer). If you purchase multiple Gift Cards on the same day, the total amount cannot exceed Rs250,000.00. Please note that Gift Cards purchased through Infinity Gift Card are valid for use within Sri Lanka only."   

3. Standard Gift Card 

  3.1. We offer Gift Cards for sale through our website and mobile app, which can be utilized as an alternative payment method to purchase Products and services. Gift cards that you purchase from Infinity Gift Card through Infinity Gift Card website or Infinity App are issued by participating third-party retailers (“Retailers”). Your purchase of each Retailer Gift Card are governed by certain terms and conditions established by the issuing Retailer in addition to the Infinity Gift Card terms of service.     3.2. Gift Cards are available in denominations ranging from Rs1,000 to Rs 100,000 and are exclusively redeemable through in store or online. Gift Card cannot be used at retailers other than its issued retailor and cannot be exchange for Cash. These Gift Cards do not retain electronic value and cannot be electronically topped up or deducted from, except through redemptions at the issuing retailor.    3.3. You can purchase a Gift Card for personal use or as a gift for someone else. Infinity Gift Card will collect your or the recipient's email address, phone number, billing address for transaction completion. Upon purchase, the Gift Card will be delivered electronically via email to either you or the recipient.   

4. Experience Gift Card

  4.1. We offer two types of Experience gift cards for sale through our website and mobile app. 1) Experience Gift Card that grant the holder access to a specific experience as described on the site near the description of each experience gift. 2. Smart Experience Gift Card, that allow the holder to select, up to the indicated value, one or up to five experiences from a range of options available in our website or mobile App. These experience gift cards collectively constitute “Experience Gift Cards”. The execution of an Experience will be carried out by participating third party experience Operators (Referred to as “Operator”).     4.2. Experience Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for Cash.    4.3. You can purchase an Experience Gift Cards for yourself or as a gift. Infinity Experience Gifts will collect your billing address, phone number and email address to complete the transaction. Once purchased, the Experience Gift Card is delivered electronically via email or SMS to you or the recipient.    4.4. Except as outlined in the "Standard Purchaser Return and Refund Policy," all Experience Gift Cards sales are final. However, recipients may exchange an Experience Gift Card under the conditions described in the "Exchanges" section.   

5. Infinity Smart eGift and Experience Cards (Smart Gift Cards) 

  5.1. The Infinity Smart eGift and Experience Card allows recipients to exchange up to five (5) Retailer Gift Cards of their choice for an equal value in the Infinity Smart eGift Card (accessible through the Service). For clarification, Infinity Smart card or Infinity Experience card can only be exchanged within the same category, whether Occasion Cards or Experience Cards, and cross-category exchanges are not permitted.    5.2. The Infinity Smart eGift Card, as well as the Experience Card, remains valid for 36 months, so it's essential to exchange it for the desired Gift Cards before the expiration of this period.    5.3. By exchanging the Infinity Smart eGift Card or Experience Card for Retailer Gift Cards, you are subject to the Gift Card Terms and Conditions outlined by the Retailers or the Operator. Please review the Terms and Conditions of the Retailers and Operators before proceeding with the exchange.    5.4. Once an Infinity Smart eGift Card or Experience Card has been exchanged, either in full or in part, it cannot be reverted to its original state as an Infinity Smart eGift Card.    5.5. Please note that references to the "Smart eGift Card" also encompass the "Infinity Swape Gift Card," as these terms are used interchangeably.   

6. Recommended retailer eGift Cards and Operator Experience eGift Cards 

  6.1. A Recommended Retailer eGift Card empowers purchasers to suggest a specific Retailer or Operator eGift Card to their recipients, granting them the flexibility to either receive the suggested Retailer or Operator eGift Card (if available on the Service) or exchange it for an alternative Retailer or Operator eGift Card of equal value (also available on the Service). For clarification, Infinity Smart card or Infinity Experience card can only be exchanged within the same category, whether Occasion Cards or Experience Cards, and cross-category swap are not permitted.    6.2. If the Gift Card is a Recommended Retailer eGift Card, it will prominently feature the recommended Retailer or Operator's brand, accompanied by a notice stating "more choice, more joy! Your giftee will be able to choose where to spend their gift." These eGift Cards are issued by Infinity Gift Card upon purchase, not by the recommended Retailer or Operator.    6.3. The Recommended Retailer or Operator eGift Card expires on the date indicated on the product purchase page and in the Infinity Gift Card wallet. Once this expiry date has passed, the Recommended Retailer eGift Card will no longer be valid.    6.4. To confirm your desire to convert the Recommended Retailer eGift Card into a Retailer or Operator Gift Card displayed, you can select "keep this card" in your Infinity Gift Card wallet. Alternatively, you can opt to exchange your Recommended Retailer or Operator eGift Card for another brand by selecting "swap for another brand." In case the displayed Retailer is no longer available on the Service,   6.5. Once you've finalized your Gift Card selection and a Retailer Gift Card has been issued, this decision cannot be reversed or refunded, except as mandated by law. The newly issued Retailer or Operator Gift Card will come with a new expiry date, as displayed in the Infinity Gift Card wallet, and will be governed by the terms and conditions of the selected Retailer Gift Card.    6.6. For clarification, Retailer or Operator eGift Cards offering special promotions will not include the swap functionality and are not considered Recommended Retailer or Operator eGift Cards.    6.7. Please note that not all Retailers and Operators participate in the Recommended Retailer eGift Card program, and the list of participating Retailers may change periodically.   

7. Retailer and Experience Operator eGift Cards Terms & Conditions 

  7.1. Retailer Gift Cards and Experience Gift Cards available for purchase through our Services are issued by participating third-party Retailers and Operators ("Retailors"). Your acquisition of each Retailer Gift Card or Experience Gift Card is subject to specific terms and conditions determined by the issuing Retailor, in addition to the terms outlined herein. Retailors establish expiration dates, along with various restrictions and prerequisites, for these Gift and Experience Gift Cards. Please carefully review the applicable terms and conditions of each Retailor before purchasing any of their Gift Cards and Experience Gift Cards. Should you have inquiries regarding Retailor specific terms, kindly reach out directly to the issuing Retailor.   7.2. As the issuers of Retailer Gift Cards and Experience Gift Cards, Retailors (and not Infinity Gift Card) bear full responsibility for all aspects of their respective Gift Card programs. Retailors are accountable for any liabilities and expenses incurred by you or any other party due to actions, directly or indirectly, attributable to the Retailor or their offerings. We are not obligated to mediate any disputes between you, and any Retailor. While we strive to collaborate with reputable Retailors, Infinity Gift Card assumes no liability for products or services sold by Retailors. By purchasing a Retailer Gift Card or Experience Gift Card from an issuing Retailor, you release Infinity Gift Card and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any associated liabilities.     7.3. Upon acquiring a Retailer or Experience Gift Card, Infinity Gift Card bears no responsibility or liability if a Retailor discontinues its Gift Card program or refuses redemption (e.g., due to insolvency, external administration, or closure). Neither Infinity Gift Card nor any Retailor is liable for lost or stolen Gift Cards. If your mobile device is lost, please promptly contact us so we can secure your account.   

8. Corporate Sales 

  At times, entities such as corporations, partnerships, other business entities, or non-profit organizations ("Corporate Customers") may purchase from Infinity Gift Card for non-resale redistribution to their individual customers or employees or company promotional activities. For these Corporate Sales, the Corporate Customer agrees that (a) it will not be considered the owner of any Gift Cards or Experience Gift Cards purchased from Infinity Gift Card, (b) it will not resale purchased gift cards or experience gift card in the ordinary course of its business.    

9. Gift Card and Experience Gift Card Activation 

All Standard Gift Cards and Experience Gift Cards purchased through our website are pre-activated at the time of purchase. Typically, activated Gift Cards and experience Gift Card will be available within about 60 seconds, though some activations may require additional time up to 24 to 48 hours. If your Gift Card has not been activated within 24 hours, please contact us here. In rare instances, activation may take up to 48 hours. We appreciate your patience.   

10. Payment Options & Fees 

  10.1. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (referred to as "Card"), such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other payment methods listed on the checkout page. Unless specified otherwise, the purchase of Gift Cards will be fully charged at the time the Gift Card is issued to you. Infinity Gift Card utilizes a third-party PCI compliant payment processor, and we do not retain any financial information. If your payment cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise deemed unacceptable, your order may be automatically suspended or cancelled. Card processing fees may be applicable even if the Card has expired or undergone changes by the time Infinity Gift Card submits the charges. Any issues encountered during the processing of your order are not the responsibility of Infinity Gift Card.    10.2. We do not charge any fees for using the Card. However, to the extent permitted by law, some merchants may charge you for using the Card and such fees may be deducted from the balance of your Card at the time of the transaction.    

11. Cancellation and Returns 

  11.1. Please make your selection carefully, as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for Gift cards.     11.2. Reissuing faulty or damaged Gift cards is only possible if the fault or damage is proven to result from the production or issuing process, or due to our fault, our agents', or contractors', or as otherwise mandated by law. To request a return or refund, please contact support@infinitygiftcard.com  with the reason for your request and proof of purchase for our review. Once any value on a Gift Card has been used, we cannot facilitate a return or refund unless legally obligated to do so. Infinity Gift Card bears no responsibility for refunding the purchase price or accepting returns of products bought from Retailers.    11.3. For the avoidance of doubt, please always treat your Gift Card as cash.  

12. Taxes

  Gift cards are exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes until the cards are redeemed for goods and services. Any applicable taxes may be charged separately by the relevant Retailer at the time of purchase.   

13. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards 

  Please treat your Gift Card with the same care as you would cash. We do not replace, or refund lost or stolen Gift cards. The individual holding the Gift Card will be considered the owner of the card. If your mobile device is lost, please notify us promptly so we can suspend your account. If someone uses your Gift Card(s) before or after your mobile device is lost or stolen, Infinity Gift Card assumes no liability.   

14. Refunds or Exchange 

  14.1. Any refunds on Card transactions are subject to the policy of the specific merchant. If the Card expires or is revoked before you have spent any funds resulting from a refund, then you will have no access to those funds. You cannot “stop payment” on any transaction after it has been completed. If you have a problem with a purchase made with the Card, or a dispute with a merchant, you must deal directly with the retailer involved. If you cannot resolve the dispute with the merchant, you can contact Infinity Gift Card Customer Support.    14.2. Refunds may be issued as a credit to the Gift Card or provided as in-store credit. If the Gift Card expires or is deactivated before you utilize any funds resulting from a refund (regardless of whether the original transaction was made using the Gift Card), you will lose access to those funds.   

15. Errors and Complaints 

  15.1. While Infinity Gift Card strives for accuracy, occasional errors may arise. We do not guarantee that all descriptions, Gift Card details, Retailer information, or pricing displayed on our Service are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from errors. Should an error occur, we will make every effort to rectify it promptly. This may involve correcting your order, or if necessary, cancelling it and refunding any amount charged.    15.2. If we discover an error in the amount of funds loaded, reloaded, received or used for any reason, we are authorised to rectify the error without further notice to you, including but not limited to debiting the equal amount of funds found in error from your Cards available balance. If you notice any error relating to the Card or have a query about the Card, you should initially contact Infinity Gift Card by phoning Customer Support during business hours. If you encounter an issue with a purchase made using the Gift Card or have a dispute with a merchant, you should first address the matter directly with the respective Retailer. Should you be unable to resolve the dispute with the merchant, you may reach out to the Infinity Gift Card Customer Care team during business hours by calling 0122 991 334 or emailing support@infinitygiftcard.com.   15.4. Under certain circumstances, we have the capability to investigate disputed transactions on your Gift Card and endeavour to secure a refund for you. However, our capacity to investigate such disputes on your behalf is subject to specific time frames. Therefore, it is crucial that you notify us promptly upon becoming aware of any disputed transaction.
