2. Returns
2.1 Please make your selection carefully, as we do not offer exchnaages or refunds for Gift Cards.
2.2 Reissuing faulty or damaged Gift cards is only possible if the fault or damage is proven to result from the production or issuing process, or due to our fault, our agents', or contractors', or as otherwise mandated by law. To request a return or refund, please contact
support@infinitygiftcard.com with the reason for your request and proof of purchase for our review. Once any value on a Gift Card has been used, we cannot facilitate a return or refund unless legally obligated to do so. Infinity Gift Card bears no responsibility for refunding the purchase price or accepting returns of products bought from Retailers.
2.3 For the avoidance of doubt, please always treat your Gift Card as cash.
3. Processing Time
Exchanges will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving your exchange request along with the required information as outlined in clause 2.2. Please note that additional time may be needed for Infinity Gift Card to verify the gift card usage with the relevant retailer or operator
4. Complaints and Disputes
If an individual needs to contact us or has a complaint about our handling of their refund or exchange, they should address their communication in writing to the details below:
